I am a happy go lucky with careless sluggish nature. Very easy to be carried away and fooled by even a child. I trust every one and never doubt any one’s honesty. So bore heavy losses too but I never regret or look back. Shrugging my shoulders I move on. Riches and status never impresses me. I neither feel jealous nor envy. What impresses me is the moral fiber of the person. The first human being who impressed me was my brother. What I am today is just because of him. My dear HPS Children

My very strong belief is that children and flowers is true reflection of almighty Allah. Both need our special care, attention and love to grow and glow to their finest.

I wrote a blog on my grand children. When they read it they felt delighted and jubilant. One of my dear students of Hamdard Public School asked me to write something about them too.

It is commonly known that diamond is very precious and as a result costly too. It dignifies and enhances the owner’s personality. On the migration to Medina, Prophet Muhammad SAW faced a host of interminable opposition from Jews and Christians day to day. The formidable coalition formed by the Jews and the idolaters in Makkah to compass the destruction of the commonwealth of Medina had utterly failed. But the surrounding tribes of the desert, in Medina, wild and fierce, were committing depredations, acompanied with murders, on the Medinite territories: and the existence of Medina required the employment of stern measures for their repression. New Editor at Hamdardians.Org

This social blog site was created by Mr. Aurangzaib Qumbrani as a platform for the students of Hamdard Public School and College, Karachi as he mentioned in his first post. A few posts were presented by different blogger on this social blog and then there was a long pause. Last week the editorial rights were shifted to me for which I thank Mr. Qumbrani.

Since the basic idea behind this social blog network was to engage Hamdaridans in some healthy activity over the internet, we would like to take this idea a bit forward and would request bloggers generally and Hamdardians (particularly) to produce some nice blogs focusing on three major disciplines. These disciplines include philanthropy, health and education, after the ideology of Late Hakim Muhammad Said.

Bloggers may join this site by clicking on the ‘Register’ link on the home page or simply click this link to register. The posts can be composed online after registration is completed which would be then posted on the site once the editing and moderation is done by the Editor.

Since the pen is mightier than the sword, I hope we may bring some change in our society by when our pens will produce some nice articles.

Learning Is Directly Proportional To Progression

It was 2007, the second year of my engineering, and the Christmas and New Year holidays were just over. The routine hectic life was about to begin once again. I went to university the first day when I found one of my Indian class-fellows having a brand new laptop — the brand was unknown to me. I formally congratulated him for his new laptop and asked him which new brand it was since I was unfamiliar of such a brand of laptop that he was owning. To add it, he recently came back from India after Christmas and New Year holidays and the laptop was bought by him during that trip. I couldn’t reminisce the name of that brand right now. Naman, my class-fellow, retorted that it was an Indian brand so I might not be familiar with it. Continue reading →

A Visit to Canberra

Australia being a continent and a country in the southern hemisphere of the Earth has wonderful landscape full of diverse geographical and topographical features. It’s capital and the surrounding area are termed as Australian Capital Territory, ACT with capital city Canberra. Most of us mistakenly think that Sydney is the capital of Australia and Toronto is the capital of Canada, but this is not the fact.

Canberra is at a driving time of about 3 hours (at an average of 100km/hr) from Sydney in the South with similar features as of Islamabad. Last week one of my home mates and I drove to Canberra early in the morning. I had to attend a one day meeting there which was a bit formal. I requested my roommate Syed Faraz Ali, to get me to the capital city by road to avoid traveling by bus, train or plane.
